Hint: it's not weather.  Jose has a 121 wRC+ for April and May in his career.  It's being old and baseball being a game of life on the margins.

Giolito also said it was too cold at one of his West Coast starts....not a good omen for October pitching for Lucas?

Or him still not being completely recovered from co-vid. Just hoping he doesn't go the way if Moncada and it effects him the whole season.

I'm going to be concerned covid is affecting Abreu until we're given a reason not to be. If he's feeling fatigued, at his age, that's enough to sap the bat speed he needs to still be an elite hitter.
