chw42
Nick Solak was a 50 grade speed guy and is 98th percentile in sprint speed according to Baseball Savant. Nick Madrigal had a 60 speed grade and is in the 77th percentile. I wonder how the scouts could have gotten it so wrong. 1

BigHurt3515
Not a terrible throw from Vaughn. I understand what Stone is saying but there is 0 chance they get the guy at 2nd
GermanSoxFan
Vaughn played this ball really well, saved a run there and showed a nice throwing arm (even though he should hit the cutoff man)

chw42
3 balls hit at over 100 MPH that inning and Lowe narrowly missed his by 3 MPH. Please do not let Keuchel face the top of the order again TLR.

My little league coach’s philosophy about hitting the cut off man would resonate with Stone though lol. lucky to get out of that one without a scratch

He was already pulling up at third with the action in front of him...I guess you can count it as a run saved but you’d think 75-80% of LFers would end up with the same result. Unless they just had a Juan Pierre, Eloy or Scotty Pods arm.
