Katz has really worked on Rodon’s lower half....getting him to work more efficiently.

Better leg extension and drive, less stiff, momentum right through to the target instead of falling off to the sides or losing balance.

FB average up from 92.8 to 95.

Better riding action, elite spin rate for first time on his four seamer.

 

LHB 2/26 against Rodon.  Odor and Gardner should struggle.

For how big a mistake the Sox made hiring TLR, they seem to have struck gold with their hitting and pitching coaches.
