There are a lot of older prospects doing really, really well right now especially in birmingham. Normally that would be inconsequential, but because of last year who knows how teams think of age. We'll know more if any of these guys hold any interest at the deadline. If you are a rebuilding team with roster space in the next few years...what do you make of craig dedelow? Rutherford? Romy? Forbes? Not earthshattering returns but if they've played themselves into fodder for MRP and flex starters that's currency we didn't have. Our high level acquisition currency has really been hurt by the guys we hoped would play into attractive roles struggling. But we also haven't followed young prospects really. Some are still finding power strokes and guys like Jose Rodriguez have held their own. I'd look at guys like Nick Prado, who was absolute garbage offensively his first two years post-draft, and now is absolutely raking in AA.
