So I and "The Kids Can Play" were correct: there was a actual reason why Yoelqui wasn't in the outfield. We both expressed questions about why he was not playing in the outfield and only DHing. We were told to not "piss ourselves" and to "slow the roll on the panic". According to southsider2k5 there was no specific reason he wasn't in the outfield; he just needed to "settle in", or we just needed to "Give the kid a few days before pissing (ourselves)", or he was "walking into guys established in their spots". 

So southsider2k5, admit it; we were right. Yoelqui not being in the outfield was for a very specific reason: a sore shoulder, not just to get him acclimated or whatever BS reasons you gave. Come on, admit it: we were right, and more importantly, you were wrong.

Do we have SoxTalk awards for best idle speculation?  Without any inside information, all one can do is guess.  In the end, it was just the White Sox being careful or conservative with a valued outfield throwing arm if he has even 75% of the same tools as his cousin.

We never used the word “panic”, you did. Don’t put words in our mouths to cover up that you were wrong. There was nothing in the tone of posts/ questions that implied we were even slightly worried. 

We assumed CORRECTLY that there must be a reason why he wasn’t playing in the outfield, and we were correct. Come on, stop the semantics BS and admit we were right.
