In a stretch where fans said we would go 13-5 or 12-6 against "easy" teams after we got swept by Houston, we are in danger if falling to 6-6.

Yeah it's pretty disappointing. This was supposed to be when this team padded its record. The schedule isn't easy in July or August.

Sox are basically relying on like ten players from Charlotte to help try to win games.  It’s just not a very talented roster at the moment.

Not a good excuse. We have a lot of talented guys that haven't played as well as they can. Including 3 starting pitchers and a few bullpen arms. Our roster is still better than Pitt, Seattle, Detroit, and Minnesota. We aren't playing like it though.

Should have been way more aggressive with trades a few weeks ago

I mean the good news is that Houston swept Cleveland.

If the White Sox can go through the tough stretch after the AS break at .500, it will be tough for Cleveland to make up that ground.

It’s because we have a roster full of AAA players right now. You can’t expect to win a lot of games with that amount of injuries. We have to start thinking about trades and hopefully that will provide a spark or hold us over until we get Eloy and Robert back.

How likely is that if we are .500 during our easy stretch?

I have a bad feeling about the Grandal injury, so that means Collins must excel. Maybe he'll hit well off righties. Awful loss tonight but hey law of averages says you won't beat a team you dominate every night. Sox due for a loss to Minnie.
