This is perfect.  Go through the slump now. Get hot at the end of the season and playoffs.

Better to have the slump now than at the end of the season.

Sure, it’s just frustrating to watch all the contenders improve while we are simply betting on our injured players returning at 100%.

Usually, teams with erratic bullpens and defense like this don’t last long in the post-season.

Everyone can appreciate TA's empty batting average being valuable, but Moncada has an empty OBP and that breaks meatball fans brains?

we don't have to evaluate players like it's 1983 anymore, guys. You don't need WAR to realize Yoan Moncada is an awesome baseball player. He's slumping but so is basically everyone except Vaughn.

TA is not off the hook here. He has garbage at bats on a regular bases. He is a huge reason we suck lately

Going up there and swinging at every fucking 1st pitch

This loss had nothing to do with the pitching. Other than Vaughn nobody is hitting. NOBODY!. You can't score at least 4 runs against KC? And now Eloy could be hurt again? I'm starting to think it just isn't meant to be this year.

And Vaughn gets taken out in the 9 th in a one run game with possibility of extras.

Good luck scoring runs without getting people on base.

How about you hit the ball out of the fucking park once in a while or drive someone in...

After 100 games for a supposed great player. Let that marinate......this supposed great player sucked last year too

TA has forgotten that as a lead off hitter he has to work some counts.  Should try to go the other way as well.  Every time he pulls the ball he hits a ground to 3rd.  He has not been setting the table for anyone.

He is a ground ball machine who has choked in the clutch game after game

If I'm Gio or one of the guys in the rotation, I'm ripping Tim, Jose and Yoan a new one right now.

These guys have been throwing some absolute gems for a while now, some excellent pitching performances like Giolito had today.

And they are ALL going to waste, because these bats are Vanilla Ice. Cold as shit and lame as all fuck.

And this team will be no different. You gotta have affluent sportsmen running major sports teams. The White Sox throughout their history just haven"t had that.

LOL this is such a dumb post. Yoan Moncada is slashing 347/480/587 (1066 ops) with runners in scoring position.

Somehow it is Yoan's fault that the Sox don't have guys in scoring position more often for his at bats.

Yoan, why can't you DO BETTER than 1066 OPS with RISP you bum!?!?!?!

Of course it is but they have to go into a slump sometime and lose 20 more games because all teams win 60 and lose 60.

Keep these BS numbers.

Give me a guy who hits Hr's and drives in runs.

You can spin stats anyway you want. The ones that count are HR and driving guys in.

The sad thing is that we probably win this game if Leury didn't drop a routine fly ball in RF.

And lose in 9 if he doesn't have the great base running play to score on the run down.

His good and bad play was a wash for runs today.

What BS numbers? You drive in runs by hitting with RISP. He has crushed the ball with RISP. You are bitching that Yoan hasn't come up with more RBI chances and blaming that, somehow, on Yoan. ?

I mean we probably drive him in either way. There were no outs in the inning and Zavala and Tim both made good contact right after.

Listen......im frustrated ......not necessarily with the loss but with the complacency I see from our "stars." Great teams go through slumps but they are not complacent. I feel like we got to all star game with 9 game lead and our leaders and stars lost any edge they had.....complacent
