Wasn't easy - but that was a strong 4th quarter (nice change from the 4th quarters they had during the losing streak). In particular they played aggressive and got to the line and winning this game despite the other team hitting significantly more 3's isn't easy.

Yeah, I just don't see this Bulls team going very far in the playoffs. I don't think Lonzo or PW coming back will be enough. I don't remember the last time they beat a good team.

Lavine injury is hurting them and Vuc has to get upgraded. I think they can win one round but that is it. That said - arrow is still pointing up.

Lonzo helps the point of attack D, but is that enough?   PWill doesn't move the needle much either.  If Vuc is going to provide little to no interior D, he has to give you more than 10 points vs playoff teams.

Vuc isn't part of the LT (IMO).  I think he gets flipped in the off-season with others.

I hope so.  He's just too inconsistent and doesn't impact winning enough IMO.  There has to be another 5 option that can pass the way they need but also protects the rim.  And doesn't fall in love with jacking 3s.

That would be admitting their first big move was a flop.  Betcha they do it anyway.  Unless he's up against a midget, he gets dominated.

He used to be able to rely on his 3 point shot against the bigger centers. He's been bricking everything this year, so when he can't get his points down low easily, he just disappears or chucks 5 3s, only to miss them all.

Not if they move him with other parts for a better player. I don't think that admits a flop - that is just a step up from your initial move.  But with that said - I don't think this front office has that sort of attachment.  I also think a lot of this would be different if they had a 100% Lavine and not a 70% (or whatever e is) Lavine.

70% LaVine was the best player on the team last night. He just doesn't look right when he jogs back on defense. Something just looks off.

Yeah - it’s more I think he has to conserve and that means defensively it just doesn’t work. What I don’t know is come playoff time does it look different and does he have another level that doesn’t cause his body to explode.

You nailed the root of his offensive problems.  It's only a drop from 34.7 to 30.4 on 3's, but it sure seems worse.  I cringe when he looks like he's going to launch one.

He shot the 3 at 40% last year. A 10% drop is huge.
