I was thinking how important is a 38 year old QB to a team that has one win.
Texsox
LMAO. I thought you were talking about CHRIS Chandler at first. I was thinking how important is a 38 year old QB to a team that has one win. I was right there with you. I tuned in expecting to see a text book example of how to use green. I'm not worried about this Bulls season. It's a filler between championship runs. I'm hoping for another high draft pick, maybe even a lottery pick. I don't think we will see a lottery pick this year. This team has a lot of talent and is very deep. As a matter of a fact I would bet the second string of this team would beat any of the teams we have had in the past 5 years.
Texsox
If I had to make a prediction, I see a mid 40 win season and making the playoffs but not doing much. I'd rather finish the season with a couple ping pong balls and load up then get bounced the first round of the play offs. Does anyone remember the grand old days before the lottery? Man what a fix that was. Every team wouild try and keep a straight face when they announce they are going to let the kids see what they can do. In other words start tanking we're looking for X player in the draft.

SuperSteve
f***, I go out and get Delk, and he won't do anything on the Mavs now. Then I get Chandler and he is hurting. f***, f***, f***.

Not as bad as my curse with Fantasy football. A few years ago first pick in the draft, Terell Davis played two games and is out for the year. Last year my quarterbacks were McNabb and Warner, Warner was hurt and sucked and McNabb missed six games. This year I get Vick and he gets hurt in the preseason. I went with Vick this year, aswell as Booker, Price, A-Train, and Curtis Martin. I went down crashing and burning.

In other words start tanking we're looking for X player in the draft. Before they ever get good enough to win a title, they have to learn how to win in the playoffs. They can't do that if they don't get there. At some point, they will need to be bounced in the first round, I would suspect.
