He just got a 1yr/18mil deal last year.  Sorry..I didn't think it was obvious he'd be getting 150mil plus.

If that is indeed the case- I hope the WSox didn't spend much time.

Probably would have got there but instead set a deadline and signed relatively quickly while only missing his target price by 25M or like 14%.
