I’m just happy we disagree on something

Don't get me wrong I like Lowe as a player, but Lowe has a even worse history of postseason failure than Grandal. And he's had 120 PA in the playoffs.

Lowe went 0 for 18 last year in the ALDS. Grandal will at least run into a homer every now and then.

So who’s the first big domino to fall?  I’m thinking Freeman to the Dodgers, causing Olson to get traded to Braves.

Hard to believe the Braves won't try to bring him back. If you're fresh off a WS, you need to retain your biggest player.

I love any scenario that gives the Dodgers even more depth causing a Lux for Kimbrel trade to become a thing lol

(it won't but let me dream!)

My vote:

1.  Re-sign Rodon, hopefully for at least 2 years.

2.  Keep Kimbrel.  He's not worth trading as a salary dump, and he's not valued highly enough for someone to take on his salary and give something of equal value.

3.  If the Sox are willing to spend, they can do more.  But they should not try to do something else if it keeps them from doing 1 and 2.

He’s an idiot :)

I know Aaron posts here, I forgot what his handle is.

Quite frankly the lockout is less irritating than Jerry being cheap during a window.

I remember what 2001-04 felt like.

His salary off the books is definitely worth it.

I’m quite confident Aaron wants us to sign Conforto

Conforto is the biggest no-brainer since Grandal. It makes way too much sense.

I really hope JR has learned his lesson about half-assing windows. He's insanely lucky he got one from the 2000s team.

It seems he learned his lesson from '94, so we'll see.

RF has been a supermassive black hole since Rios got traded.

If Colas is MLB ready next year, they can move Conforto to LF and Eloy to DH.

Yep, let's go win a WS.

Robert 4  AL MVP.

I think that it should be comforting that they won 93 games last year with Robert and Jimenez missing 4 months each.

1. Signed Conforto tonight

2. Trade Kimbrel for Marchan + prospect

3. Sign Tepera

4. Trade Collins, Burger and prospect from above for Bassitt

If they do these things and add a middle infielder, I’m satisfied.
