Jack Parkman
Blue Moon and Fat Tire aren't craft beer.
hogan873
Just now, Jack Parkman said: Blue Moon and Fat Tire aren't craft beer. No, they're not. But Blue Moon is a safe go-to beer for me. Fat Tire is decent, too. But to call either craft beer is...inaccurate.

southsider2k5
At $10 a pop, or whatever the price is now, it won't matter to me anyways.
RTC
Does MolsonCoors even have any craft brands??? Never cared about Goose because they make a whole lot of meh beers, but this is a huge drop off if Rev is completely gone.

They've got partnerships with about as many "craft" brands as inbev which is what was in the ballpark before. Lienenkugel likely replaces the fake non-craft goose island. They're both fake. That said the difference between their partnerships isn't that much different than inbev.inevitable. Molson has a ton of 3rd party partnerships. FoxForce2
Killians isn't a half bad little session beer. At least a solid step up from main-name beer flavored water.
bmags
Well those miller lite aluminum pints are the best stadium beers since they can't get kicked over and get real cold. A+ happy to have it be the thingy again.
CWSpalehoseCWS
Not gonna lie, I hate this. If Rev is gone this absolutely blows.
bmags
One thing is man could we please get coke instead of pepsi? I don't understand why they hate their fans so much.
Hamhock
Regardless of who is the official beer sponsor, there are always one or two places in the stadium to find other labels. For instance, you could get Miller Lite last season, just not at every vendor. I'm sure Revolution will be available somewhere in the stadium, just not as many offerings and with the dedicated area. Buehrle>Wood
Goose Island did phenomenal marketing alongside the Sox. From their commercials, to their White Sox ale. So both the Goose Island section and Revolution concourse are gone. I hope they are competently replaced.
HOFHurt35
Is this the end of Modelo also?
Dick Allen
I just hope they still have Modelo conveniently located all over the park. The Modelo draft is hard to beat.

Rev was a seperate partnership though as they're not owned by Inbev. I just think Rev didn't want to continue to pay their own fees to sell their brand there. Rev could have remained with the loss of inbev. Molson Coors and Inbev's overall portfolios are very similar in size and offerings. I prefer Coors the company to inbev personally. Most craft beer offered at the park was either Revolution solely or select partnerships with other brands that had third party licenses with their vendors. bmags
Oh no the goose is gone? Our dream of sparks flying out of its eyes when it's hit by a baseball are crushed. They should just keep a goose, unaffiliated to any product. And just have it be one of those things fifty years from now where we are like "yeah that's the outfield goose. Just one of those things"

This whole thing is weird and last second. A couple of weeks ago, they had on the website a return of Bleachers and Beers, and if you wanted to could get tickets. That has been totally scrubbed. Maybe it will come back with the new sponsor.

At least the revolution stand sold other third party licensed beers. I still think that molson has better partnership deals than inbev so I'll hold out some hope on the beer in general being better. That said, really depends on what they want to do at the end of the day.
