caulfield12
https://www.mlb.com/news/dark-horse-mvp-candidates-for-2022 Luis Robert -- White Sox Key stat: 155 OPS+, 3.6 bWAR across 68 games in 2021 Robert has only 124 career games on his big league resume, and those 124 games have had a little of everything: a tantalizing flash out of the gate in August 2020, a severe adjustment curve that September (.409 OPS) and then a scintillating sprint to the finish after he returned from a torn hip flexor last August (1.011 OPS, 12 homers in 43 games). So why do I see MVP hardware for Robert in Year 3? His power has been special from the start (118 mph max exit velocity, 43% career hard-hit rate). He made pitch-tracking history with how much he cut down on whiffs from 2020 to '21. He’s shown elite defense from the jump (+10 Outs Above Average, eighth among center fielders since 2020, in spite of all the missed time). And he’ll be a key cog on a White Sox club that should have baseball’s easiest path to a division title. We’ve already seen the five-tool potential of "La Pantera." Why not an MVP Award that arrives ahead of schedule?
Texsox
He has HoF potential so no surprise he has an outside shot at MVP.
DirtySox
Passan has him and Devers in contention for AL MVP.
southsider2k5
I don't if anyone does season props, but there are some pretty good odds out there for Robert, Eloy, and Jose for HR leader and/or MVP.

Robert 5th favorite in the AL. His odds could be better. I like Buxton at about 30 to 50 to one depending on the book and timing of the bet. Tnetennba
If he stays healthy all year, I think he's in the conversation.

Twins undoubtedly made the right move having to choose between him and Berrios...and then the team-friendly extension if he can stay on the field 120+ games per season was the cherry on top. The only way for them to field a team with two MVP candidates in the same lineup with a limited payroll. Why not an MVP Award that arrives ahead of schedule? Dark horse, really? Or do I not understand fully what “Dark horse” means… ok, Tucker and Rendon yes. Franco and Robert don’t seem like dark horse candidates. Edited April 3, 2022 by Chick Mercedes

I also picked up Abreu at 50:1 Eloy at 65:
