The most amazing thing is that the streak is against awful teams.  The Sox are getting embarrassed by the basement of the league.

It's hard to get embarrassed by yourself. We are the worst team in baseball by far right now.

The Reds say hi, but it’s close.

I think the Reds are better right now. They may suck but they are slightly exciting suck. They've scored 10 runs in the last 2 games. Almost half of what we scored in 11 games against bums.

Honestly, the eventual blowup and getting rid of TLR is what's letting me cope with how bad this team has been.

Ozzie is saying that Tony should quit tinkering with the lineup and switching guys all over the place. He thinks Tony should run out a consistent lineup for a bit. Anybody agree with this concept or think it doesn't matter?

It's not just that this team has lost 8 in a row, it's how they've been losing. They haven't scored more than 4 runs even once in the last 11 games. They now have the worst run differential in the AL. They lead the league in errors and have the worst WHIP in baseball. Pretty much nothing is going right.

I am just going to enjoy the irony.

Yes.  When the team is going well you try to get everyone involved so they feel a part of the success.  When you’re scuffling you put your best team out there and live or die with them.

Didn't the Marlins win a World Series after bringing in an older Jack McKeon in season to manage?  But who we gonna get that's older than TLR and still wants to manage?

Gotta agree with this.  Stop fucking around and break the streak.

This is bad, not traits of an unlucky team. This is how bad teams perform. Scary.

Yup, we've really dug our own grave with the errors and bad relief pitching this past week.

Had we not blown the 2 games in Minnesota with the errors and the bullpen implosion, we win 2 games on the road trip and things don't look so dire.
