Expand No. Seriously, though - you can pay a bunch to park super close to the stadium, but if you're willing to walk 15 minutes or jump on the Addison bus you can park for free in lots of spots once you get west of Damen. I haven't been to Wrigleyville in over 10 years but last time I was there for an event we just parked somewhere to the west, was about a 15 minute walk IIRC back to the area. Expand 400 now but a 52% GB rate. On a positive note his walk rate is way up and his popup rate is zero. He's making solid contact, just needs to lift a bit.
