Cleveland tieing the game was due to poor defense, primarily Moncada’s muff. Anderson defense has been horrible as well.  Sox leading the majors in errors.  TLR left Banks in too long or should have started the inning with a more proven reliever. The last three outs are the most difficult to get in baseball.

If you can't trust the guy with a six run lead, he shouldn't be in the majors
