Which is more remarkable: Sox scoring 4 runs without a hit or Ozzie drawing a walk?

Lucky they didn't score more than 4....probably would've found a way to lose.

Before some of you were born. It's a Yankee no hitter. Spoiler alert. Sox win by 4.

Hahahaha.  That was a beautiful thing to see and I loved hearing Hawk and Wimpy this morning.  Thanks for posting this gem, Tex.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot.....FUCK THE YANKEES.

I really thought Boston was gonna take it to the White Sox and I was wrong, so I have some hope for this one being a fun and competitive series

Boston can't hit right now and suck. They Yankees are a different animal right now.

You could have said the same thing about the White Sox when they came into Fenway.

As a six year old did you understand what you were watching?

We had something to do with that, shutting them down for three games in their home park.  Hopefully we can cool the Yankees down.  Look forward to seeing what happens (Option A:  Sox prove they can't hang with the big boys; Option B:  Sox get lucky and "catch" the Yankees at the beginning of a cold streak) :)

Have a few distinct memories from that day, we sat near the Yankees bullpen and my Dad was yelling down at their pitching coach (Billy Connors) by first name trying to acquire a ball for me, my brain couldn't comprehend that my Dad just knew his name so I thought they knew each other and couldn't understand why Billy was ignoring him.  The other is my Dad explaining to me that what we just saw was likely never going to happen again.  Think I actually still have the ticket stub somewhere around here.

That is so cool.  My memory of a game with my dad was afterwards throwing up from being carsick and locking myself accidentally in a gas station bathroom ?

It not who you play, it's when you play them.

Hahaha, I also remember being at the MJ first pitch/retirement game and driving home laying down in the back seat of our red Ford Escort station wagon when the news came on the radio and I began silently balling my eyes out in the hopes my Dad didn’t hear me crying over it.  Found the tix.

My ex threw away all that old "junk".

Hate when that happens, I kept all these stubs inside my baseball card albums for years and found them a while back, again in the Mom's basement.  Thankfully she's been good about not tossing any of my childhood stuff, tons of Star Wars, WWF and Starting Lineup figures down there in a bin somewhere.

A win tonight and we could be as little as 1 GB of the Twins. I expect them to get swept today.

2 GB....with a win tonight and Twins loss we are 1 GB and even in L column.  Enjoy it while it lasts, twinkies!
