Chisoxfn
Yanks got an early run on a Bernie Williams sacrifice fly, but they could of got a lot more. David Wells was rocking with 4 K's and then had to leave the game with some sort of injury. Jose Contreras has relieved him. Come on Fighting Fish, Beat the Yanks
Chisoxfn
Gonzalez rips a double into the centerfield gap (between cf and right) and Lowell scores. Lucky for the Yanks its a ground rule double cause Derrick Lee was gonna score with ease. How bout that, the pitcher Penny helps his cause with a 2 run single and its 3-1 Fighting Fish
FlaSoxxJim
Giambi and Soriano not in the lineup either. I guess Soriano's 25Ks is a playoff record.

Chisoxfn
Pierre draws the walk (3rd of the inning) and Hammond is warming up in the pen. Come on Castillo

ChiSox_Sonix
Rivera pinch hitting for Contreras, Hammond will come in next inning. Hammond hasnt pitched in almost a month
Chisoxfn
Hopefully the Fighting Fish hammer Hammonds.
Chisoxfn
Cabrerra absolutely hammers the ball and Garcia makes a great play at the wall (I thought it was gone). Pudge goes back and tags of all things and makes it. Turns into excellent base running, but it could of went as horrible base running if it went off the wall. Come on Fish, capitalize. ChiSox_Sonix
i too thought it was gone, dam. What a player Cabrera is gonna be. Well now Conine is 3-0 with IRod at 2nd, 1 out. Go Marlins!!!
whitesoxfan99
LMAO, good run down by the Yankees. They had Pudge gone and now there is men on 2nd and 3rd with only 1 out.
Chisoxfn
ROLF Connine pulls a changeup down the 3rd base line and Boone makes a great play and they get Pudge stuck in a run down, but Enrique throws it to no one and Pudge gets to third and Conine is safe at 1st. Infield in now with Mike Lowell at the plate. Come on Lowell, get hot right now
ChiSox_Sonix
what a play by Boone to rob Conine of a 2B. But then they got IRod hung up but no one covered 3rd after Boone threw to 2B and they threw it away. YES! 2nd and 3rd, 1 out, Lowell up Go Marlins!!! ChiSox_Sonix
6-1!!!! Lowell with a blooper to center!
Chisoxfn
Yes, 6-1 Marlins Lowell bloops a single in front of Bernie and Conine had a great read on the ball to score from 2nd and of course Pudge scored. Still one down and I'm guessing the Yanks are either gonna get the pen, my guess would be Weaver.
whitesoxfan99
This is huge, if the Marlins hold on tonight than at worst the Yankees will have to beat Beckett in game 7 to win the series.

I just want the Fish to win today and tomorrow. I don't care whose pitching, I fear the Yanks in a game 7. Either way I fear the Yanks could win this. Damn Yanks :fyou Go Fighting Fish
SnB
Just tuned in, 6-1 fish? I'll take it!!!!!
CWSOX45
Will McKeon start Redman who's been shaky this post-season in New York? Or do you put Willis out on that bump? I say you go with Dontrelle, the last time he pitched was in Game 3 correct? CWSOX45
Dick Allen
I think Torre may be consulting JM. He had Weaver pitching in a tie game yesterday, and has Giambi and Soriano out of the line-up today.
ChiSox_Sonix
1st and 3rd none out for the Yankee$.
