whitesoxfan99
I was just wondering what sports ya guys played. I mean competitively, in leagues and so on. Does intramurals count? I play basketball fairly well despite being only 5'6". I played for two years in high school. I didn't try out for varsity but I can compete with anyone who was on our team except for a couple of the starters.

Good luck at your tourny! Tip for ya, just relax and make sure you go all out on defense. Even if you're not great on offense if you play tough D and make your guy work to score the coach will take notice. Too bad I didn't learn to play D until I stopped playing on an organized team. Chisoxfn
I play in a weekend football league (Full Contact and basically everyone in it played highschool football...but not many colleges around me have football teams other then intamural). Before that I played baseball all my life, but wasn't good enough to play for my school (They are tops in the country more often then not). Also play soccer, but I haven't played in a while. For fun I play basketball, football, soccer, baseball and swim (Slow as hell when it comes to swimming).

ChiSox_Sonix
since High School i havent done mnay organized sports, but i'm in a couple of slow pitch softball leagues and i'm in a basketball league....hard to fit in much more than that with school and all
The Critic
16" softball leagues in summer and fall. Used to play a lot of floor hockey, but I got too old and the s*** got too f***ing violent. Too many young guys hell-bent on proving their masculinity. Who needs it?
DBAHO
I play Tennis up at my local club every Saturday Morning, and Field Hockey every Friday night. I also play Indoor Soccer with some of my buddies every week and in a club competition. Wish we played more Baseball down here though. I still got a baseball that shows u were to put ur fingers if u want to throw a fastball, curveball, slider or a splitter. Pretty cool. Cerbaho-WG
I play basketball up until 8th grade (when I became a walking timebomb with injuries). I made my Middle School team in 7th grade, played AAU locally, etc. I was on my High School golf team Freshman year, and medaled at an 18 hole match. Made the team sophomore year, quit to get a job. Currently I don't play any sports, as most of my time gets spend doing s***loads of homework and spending time with a girl.

Chisoxfn
I still say Jewlery will come in most handy. You can sucker people into selling good stuff to ya for cheap so ya don't have to spend much to get something nice for your girl. And damn, I'd die with your schedule. Lucky my lazy ass methods in highschool haven't screwed me in college as I've finally put off that whole laziness (To a point) and now I'm kicking ass in school. So far I have 4 of 5 Midterms down...A's on the first 4, hopefully I can pull an A on this last one. Man it would be sweet to get 3 straight semesters with straight A's :fyou To you guidance counselors and teachers that said I wouldn't be a sucess; so what if I didn't get straight a's in highschool
SuperSteve
...Cerb's schedule... I have Macroeconomics, College Algebra (dumb kid math), Hospitality Business (tourism class), Individual and the Society (f***ing talk about cults), and Intro to Environmental Science. I have a tutor for math and econ. I don't study much, only when I am forced to more or less.
aboz56
I played basketball and ran cross-country and track in HS. Since I've graduated, I play raquetball on occasion, run sometimes and play basketball ever so often.

I'm a Statistics major so ya i've used it a lot. A lot of what you learn in Calc II can be and is applied to a lot of life situations. Ive taken Calc I thru Calc III, now i'm taking Discrete (which isnt very hard) and a class called Math Theory of Probablility and Statistical Inference (which absolutely sucks!) Chisoxfn
Damn, you guys take a hell of a lot more classes then we ever did. 7 classes, thats is beyond ridiculous. College will be chills for ya cause 5 classes is typically the most you will take and I'd say the majority take 4.
