Polar Bear
It just shows you how bad our organization is compared to those that want to try and win.
The Kids Can Play
The Blue Jays are struggling with a talented team and still 4 games above 500 in the best division in baseball, as opposed to the White Sox who are are struggling with just as much talent and 3 games below 500 in the worst division in baseball. Hmmmm, wonder why the Phillies fired Joe Girardi and the Angles fired Joe Maddon and now Charlie Montoyo of the Blue Jays...and we still have our drunken and demented loser manager in tact. I know the arrogant and clueless Reinsdorf doesn't want to admit he made a colossal mistake hiring TLR. Yet at what point does he stop this nonsense and stubbornness and do the right thing. I understand he doesn't give a shit and only cares about money, but my god, at what point does this idiot owner have some f'ing pride and quit embarrassing himself and his legacy. 1

A-Train to 35th
Meanwhile the White Sox Manager is banking each misplayed ball, throwing error, stupid base running mistakes, over anxious at bats, pitching wildness, as a learning experience that the team will store in a bank so they can use later as a learning experience to withdraw baseball knowledge from. He never really explained when "later" will begin or the hours that this bank is open, but it clearly closes at 5PM on weekdays, noon on Saturdays, and closed for business on Sundays. As our headline should read: The White Sox FO remain loyal to Tony LaRussa and will ride this season out with him. The owner remains loyal and committed to his buddy, even if this potential great Sox team finishes under 500, continues to underperform, has a toxic clubhouse culture and doesn't make the playoffs in the weakest division in baseball. The owner simply doesn't mind or care if things slip away.
