Backwash07
Anyone have any insight on university of Texas catcher? I heard he’s great defensively. I agree with you guys a college catcher is necessary.

bmags
i think catcher-wise, the only college one left I think is interesting is Max Romero out of Miami and previously vanderbilt. But...I don't think he'll be particularly good. And shit ricketts even went now lol. But that's more for offense. Riopelle is fine too, but still a weak armed catcher. DirtySox
Quote Mark McLaughlin Tennessee RHP Notes: HT: 6-3 | Wt: 205 | B-T: R-R Commit/Drafted: Never Drafted Age At Draft: 21.4 McLaughlin has had three extremely effective seasons in Tennessee’s bullpen. In 2022 he went 2-1, 2.01 with 45 strikeouts, 12 walks and a .191 average against in 31.1 innings. His velocity wavered at times this year, but at his best, he fills the strike zone with a 92-94 mph fastball from an over-the-top release point. He mixes in a big-breaking, mid-70s curveball with 12-to-6 shape. Expand Ranked 444th for BA.
