Who cares, that’s what the Sox always were outside of 2005. I’ll at least give them credit for trying to rebuild.

Sure, just should have never let Hahn be in charge and hiring Tony and Menechino was the beginning of the end.  Sadly Yoan and Eloy and Giolito have horribly regressed.

We all get mad at TLR for constantly resting starters but the blame should also be on TA for letting him. Abreu plays every single game like a real leader and refuses to take days off.

Guess who has the best numbers on this team? The leader who plays the most. TA is not a leader.

Started with an old ass manager who wanted to bring in players from the last time he managed and they’ve just continued to bring in trash

Doesn’t help Hahn has the Sox paying like 50 million for pure awfulness in Keuchel, Grandal and Pollock this year.

The regression and lack of roster flexibility has just derailed this teams future

Blow it up, the team got old and expensive way too fast. Build around Vaughn and Robert on offense.

They should probably trade those guys too.

The players they'd get via trade aren't going to be as close to the majors this time around. Even if they traded guys, it would take too long for Vaughn and Robert to have any use.

It's not like we can count on the Sox making any major international free agent signings.

Cleveland's broadcast is, rightfully, dunking on the Sox for playing Sheets in the outfield

Count the number of should be DH's on this team, none of which is anywhere near the leaders in HR's.

We have 5, most teams carry 1 Eloy, Abreu, Vaughn, Sheets, Grandal

Guys just stop, Tony was never getting moved into the office or fired. It would have already happened.

The only reason he’s the manager was because he was let go when he shouldn’t have back in 1970. JR isn’t going to do it again.

Funny thing is he will outlast Tony and Hahn

Yep players like Engel and Garcia who were around for the start of the rebuild should have already been replaced on a team in contention. But not on Whitesox baseball

Not only them, but Grandal, Pollock and Lynn falling off of a cliff this year didn't help either.

Too old

Too expensive

Too much underperformance

Burger would also be on that list if he were healthy. All the smart teams know DH's and 2nd tier relievers are the biggest market inefficiency in baseball ?

Hahn should be fired for this alone

Yep, Sox casual fans and the front office fall in love with shitty players.
