THAT'S A WHITE SOX LOSER!

Whenever a pitcher walks around the mound and slows the game to a standoff...he just plain looks afraid to throw the pitch.  Lopez was a huge delay in the game type until someone got through to him.  When Graveman started that stuff today...I knew we were toast.

I finished the game on the radio on the ride home.  Actually to be honest I pulled in the driveway after he walked the first 2 guys and was 2-0 on the third guy.  I turned it off and checked Soxtalk later.

Anyways on the radio broadcast they said Graveman led the team with 43 appearances.  Ruiz and Foster both had 42 appearances.......yuck.

The bullpen was where RH spent the off-season money.  Didn't get much for his money IMO.

In his defense, we lost two late-inning lefties to injury.  If those two guys were here, the entire complexion of the BP changes, especially with how ReyLo looks.  Not to mention the mental advantage having backup gives to guys like Liam, Graveman, and Kelly.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Sox fandom should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

There's no other way to say it.   This is a terrible loss.  I'm so sick of saying that this season.  Just a terribly played game all the way around.

Huge loss, we had some nice momentum going with 3 straight wins and it would have been great heading home 2 games out and 2 games  over .500. These guys can't afford to lose anymore  games like this, it's crunch time.

I think the biggest issue with yesterday's loss is Hendriks not being available. Off day Monday. Off day today. Can't pitch back to back. Not good. They can spin it anyway they want, but since when does a healthy Liam not go out for the 9th?

Since he apparently had altitude sickness.
