Good luck with their 22-23 budget, but Christian Vasquez would fit.

If they bring the band back, they don't have many holes. They need 1 SP, a 2B and I expect Colas to break camp with the team in RF, as he's destroying the Southern League.

Depending on what they do with Abreu, they will probably continue to hide Vaughn or Eloy in LF.

By the way, I can’t believe Conforto hasn’t been signed yet! Boras assured us he was fielding all kinds of calls with interest and the man is ready to produce late this season still. I’ll take my chances with Sheets for the rest of this season instead but would like to see him out of the outfield please or at least used very sparingly out there.

Way too early to make that call on two or three hot weeks from Colas.

AA pitchers will make some adjustments.

Let's at least inquire on Confort...we did Boras a solid with Rodon after all.

Diezman with a very successful outing.  Hahn extremely happy.

Sometimes the trades that are perceived as being the best end up actually not being all that great and the ones that are just ok or not so great end up being the best. Most thought the Kimbrel trade last year was going to create this awesome super bullpen but it ended up that Tepera was the better trade.

It's only 3 weeks but Colas is making a mockery of the Southern League at the moment.

I think he might get a look in September.

As he should. It’s not unreasonable to think he could get the callup next month. Most didn’t think he’d be up by Memorial Day 2023 but the man is destroying AA pitching and is going to get a taste of MLB very soon.

Eloy looks like he's really having fun tonight.  Enjoy it while it lasts.

Good. Maybe mock them like so…

”Hey Yoan, maybe take it easy on the lap dances you get after the game from your music video and your $80+ million and try hitting the ball consistently!”

”Hey Grandal, we’re you always this bad when you weren’t on PEDs?”

That’s all I have for now.

If Colas is the real deal, where would Conforto play?

LF. Vaughn at 1B, Eloy at DH, let Abreu go.

So anyway, when I scream about Vaughn's power I think he's never hitting 30 but is going to have a lot of seasons in the 20-29 range. As long as he's hitting .300 that's fine.
