Can the White Sox make it two wins in a row, probably not since I bet them today. Sure would be nice to see them go on a nice winning streak and take charge of the division.

You bet the Sox when they're facing Singer?

Twins and Guardians both up early on with giant pitching match up advantages

Fwiw, Guardians with a whopping eleven guys making big league debuts already this year.

Quite similar to 2012 Sox.

Chris Antonetti on broadcast and presented a set of really sound reasons for not making any deadline moves.

Great, our bullpen will surely win it after an extended delay...this season sheesh.

It was at Burr Ridge at 1:13 moving at 30 mph so that puts it at GRF around 2:00 so they should get through at least the 2nd inning.

A smart team would have used an opener, and inserted Lynn after the inevitable delay (heavy thunderstorms).

Royals have an equally incompetent manager (Opener for Singer).

Big difference in who decides to start versus continue a game...umpires and home team grounds crew.

The main line of storms is farther west. This cell literally just popped up on the radar. Not sure it could have been predicted.
