From Vegas to Soxtalk, knowledgeable folks picked this roster to easily win the division. That's about the only defense for Hahn that feels valid. This roster is under performing, which I put on Tony, injuries, and players.

The non impact deadline is also on Hahn.

This past offseason and the trade deadline, zero RFs or LH bats, overpaying Leury & Harrison, overpaying shitty pen arms, total lack of depth.  There is plenty of blame to put on Hahn along with TLR & JR.

When are people going to realize it doesn’t matter who pitches against the Sox or who they play?  If you can’t score, every game has the potential to be too close.  This team has the explosiveness of the Bears offense under Henry Burris.

Harrison isn't even a Top Ten organizational problem right now.

But bringing him back next year seems kind of depressing.  Almost like doing the same with Hernandez would have been.

Sox getting shut down by a guy who was out of baseball at the start of the season is so ironic

But really did you expect anything different? I mean we joke about the Sox always making these kinds of pitchers look good, but they've set that precedent. There has to be a REASON for it. It's so obvious the lack of leadership, discipline, the will to win, accountability, competence, it's all non-existant. I just can't believe this front office isn't doing anything about it after the rebuild they just went through. Absolutely asanine. Guess what Rick? Your team is STILL mired in mediocrity.

Hernandez still hasn’t homered this year. Was he using an aluminum bat the first half of last season?
