Anderson was basically what Madrigal was supposed to be this year so they'd be selling on reputation and maybe before a sharp decline. There's also a 1-5% chance that Giolito gets non-tendered IMO but I think his 2019-21 has earned him the opportunity to right himself over the offseason.
