Robert and Eloy haters know where to shove it lmao

I don't think any Sox fan hates either Eloy or Robert. They hate the fact that they seemingly are always injured. The greatest talent in the world doesn't mean a thing if the guy can't play.

Interesting that Vaughn is the one who sits. I hope his face isn’t messed up from last night.  Poor roster construction means that at least one of Vaughn, Pollock, Eloy, and Abreu has to sit against righties when Robert is actually healthy.  They need to address this in the offseason.  My first choice is to get rid of Pollock. That is also my second choice.  I can see arguments to get rid of Abreu or Vaughn or Eloy.  I kinda favor either letting Abreu go or trading Vaughn. Sox have too many 1b types.

If, at the beginning of the season, any of us thought we'd be debating whether we should have Peyton or Haseley start... I think most of us would've been saying "who the hell are those guys?".

Who the hell are those guys?

The 5 game winning streak and the 2 come from behind wins over the Astros had me believing this team had finally started clicking on all cylinders. Unfortunately the White Sox had other ideas and now it's a 3 game losing streak at the most inopportune time. I'm not giving up yet but the reality is the odds on them making the playoffs get slimmer with each and every loss. It's a disappointing season no doubt about it. Plain and sadly, disappointing indeed!!!

After the latest shitshow blunder of a game by this team last night. I gotta say...

I think if we don't take these next two games, with our best two pitchers going? I might totally turn the leaf over to football. The two wins vs Houston after sweeping Detroit appear to have been nothing more than a dick tease. These last three games have been the most 2022 White Sox thing to date. Two games handed away on a silver platter that we should have won due to mismanagement and wasted opportunities. Then, a total embarrassment in the final game vs Houston.

We are entering must win territory tonight, IMO. I don't even really want to watch. I don't have much faith. The only saving grace is that Johnny Cueto has won a ton of respect and admiration from me. Maybe he can put a halt to yet another troubling trend of games and lead the way.

I wouldn't doubt if someone high up went to TLR and said if they say they can play then play them.....

Maybe TLR wants them to have "fresh legs" for the golf course come October if they don't make the playoffs?
