I'm Back from Vegas

f*** the 49er's (who f***ed me out of about $400) and f*** the Buffalo Bills (who f***ed me and Guido out of about $720). Contract both of those useless f***ing NFL teams. Both of their field goal kickers should be shot cause, if they make their FG's, I win.

Me and Guido talked to a few chicks at a blackjack table. They asked where we were from. I said, "Chicago." They then naively reply, "You must have been upset when the Cubs lost in the playoffs." To which I replied, "Hell f***ing no. Bartman's a goddamn god where I come from. f*** the Cubs. I hate those f***ers." Guido packed up and we left because Guido figured a fight would ensue when her b/f showed up. Dumb broads. The whole nation must think ALL of Chicago was pulling for the Cubs. These girls were genuinely SHOCKED that me and Guido revelled in the catastrophe that was 2003's playoff Cubs.

Sox are 15-1 to win the WS in 2004.

Cubs are 7-1      . Vegas is buying into the hype. Dumbasses. NYY favored to win 2004 WS 3-1. What else is new?

In case it hasn't been pointed out as often as it should here, Notre Dame sucks  . What a choke job. Thank God I bet on NDKilla's Boston College on Saturday. Can you say choke?

$12 for a Long Island Iced Tea at the nudie bar is entirely too much money. Didn't stop me and Guido though from getting totally wrecked there though. Probably had 8 or 9..... EACH! Hurt the wallet but, what the hell, it's vacation!

In previous years we stayed at Treasure Island, but this summer we stayed at Excalibur. Let's just say I spent a lot of time across the street at NY, NY and MGM.

Nothing against Excalibur but I like Treasure Island's casino and their sports book.

Back to Treasure Island next year or maybe some other place to be different. Any suggestions?

In my travels to LV, I've stayed at Treasure Island, MGM, Tropicana, Riviera, and StarDust.

As far as the sports-books go, StarDust doesn't have the fanciest or the cleanest betting area, but the StarDust is where the lines are set and nothing beats the myriad of digital boards which are updated first in LV when a line changes.

In my LV times, I have stayed at Treasure Island, Bellagio, Imperial Palace, Barbary Coast, Excalibur, Harrahs, Tropicana, Casino Royale on the Strip. For me, I LOVE Barbary Coast; for the price, the location, you cannot beat it. Plus it has that Old School Vegas feel to it.

I stayed at Excalibur when I was a tyke. I am still to young to gamble (few months till I head ta Canada) and it was cool for me with the castle.

Treasure Island's sports book rocks and I think is one of, if not the best sports book on the strip. The only other place we've stayed is The Golden Nugget which is the only place to stay if you like Fremont Street.
