Soxtalk on Sox wins against bad teams.... Ahh they still suck.

Soxtalk on loses against bad teams.... Break it up they suck.

Soxtalk on wins against "good" teams... Ah lucky they will lose tommorow. ..

Soxtalk never happy. Team can go 160 - 2 and soxtalk will complain bout the 2 losses.

People were supposed to beat the Bad ones. No matter how they did it they did. Chill

The same scouts that said Andrew Vaughan was a sure fire great hitter in the Majors? Scouting is a crap shoot.

I am somewhat disappointed in Vaughn, but he leads the team in RBIs. I am not giving up on him yet even though he needs to improve. He chased a real bad pitch with the bases loaded.

I agree. That's why I was against the tank/rebuild. No guarantees at all in the MLB Draft. Losing to get a top draft pick is not a smart strategy when u have the draft history of the Chicago White Sox. Burger however is tasty.

Not true obviously. When you lose 10 in a row in April, something's wrong and we have no reasonable 'evidence' to think this club will ever win 7-10 in a row and get bak to .500. Sox fans are smart. At least the home crowds have stayed supportive and reasonable loud from what i see on mlb.tv game action.

Even Houston wasn't really Houston at the beginning of the season...Altuve just came back.

If the bullpen was what it should be when the IL guys get their feet under them, they would have swept that series.

It's definitely a crap shoot for dysfunctional clubs like the White Sox. I'm sure the teams like the Rays and Dodgers who always have top ranked farm systems would completely disagree with you.

What part is scouting and what part is development, though? Dodgers and Rays know how to teach people. The Sox have been less good at that.

Yes the Sox suck at all three facets in scouting, drafting and developing. The good teams like the Rays are very good at all three.

I agree with you the Sox suck at developing, but I also think the Sox are bad at scouting and drafting the right players. The Rays and Dodgers definitely develop their players better than the Sox. However I think it's because they also know what players to draft and bring into their baseball farm system.

Remember you can have the greatest coaches in the farm system to develop players like the Rays and Dodgers have, but, "you can't make chicken salad out of chicken sh*t.".

You can play that game all day.  If TB wouldn’t have choked in the ninth they would have lost 11 in a row instead of 10.  If they were on their ninth or tenth starting pitchers like some other teams things would be a lot worse.
