Sambuca
If Sheets isn’t hurt, Marisnick or Haseley will be sent back to Charlotte. No need for both players on the roster anyways.

After his first stint at the major league level, the word “liability” got thrown around so much, it almost negated anything he could’ve possibly achieved offensively." yanksgoyard.com He was once more of a CFer coming up... and definitely doesn't have a RF arm. Of course, that didn't stop them from playing Pollock Sheets Vaughn Eloy etc. from being sent out there, either. Timmy U
He's actually played right and center in Charlotte, but that park is so small Sheets could play center. I wonder who gets bumped from the 40 man? Probably Davis Martin to the IL-60. However, Padilla is awful.

Donny Lucy's Avocado Farm
Dude hit some majestic homers in Charlotte. The good news is he isn't a 1B/DH being asked to play OF. 1

I’m guessing they are hoping to catch lightening in a bottle here, and hoping for a hot stretch. Reality probably strikes soon. Hazeley can’t hit but he contributed defensively. GradMc
From Ellis Burks to Client Frazier, the one thing that has been consistent about the never-ending Reinsdorf Tenure is his penchant for finding lightening in a bottle instead of employing outright bonafide difference makers. He'll never stop because Ellis Burks was a very good player and he actually won a World Series when he did the Mambo and hit the lightening in a bottle jackpot with journeymen ballplayers having collective career years. Why haven't the Sox come remotely close to that since then ? Because winning championship are coincidental - not the goal. The Almighty $ is. The Bulls are consistently in the top two or three in attendance playing in the NBA's Sistine Chapel yet haven't sniffed a Finals Apperance in 25 years. elrockinMT
I am looking forward to seeing Frazier in game action today. I think it’s important to remember he is a sub in the OF and not Babe Ruth. Give him a chance
Timmy U
Whether Frazier is good in right or not is beside the point. He is here cuz they think maybe they caught lightning in a bottle with the bat. The real question is “How’s his defense at second?”

He has had stretches of MLB success offensively. It costs you JM. But Haseley or Billy Hamilton are still around for defense. Probably nothing, but worth a shot. Wish he wad a lefty.

South Side Hit Men
Feeling better about Colas’ Charlotte stint after reading this about Frazier: Colas also should be a much better fielder than he showed in April, hope he is working on that as well. Would like to see Colas called up and stay successfully once he is ready to succeed playing 6 games a week up here.
