Between being hurt and being god awful he's been completely useless for 75% of his contract.  Easy top 3 worst decisions made by Hahn.

The biggest mistake this organization has done is not go all in when they should have with a Machado or Harper signing. Instead they half assed this entire rebuild by supplementing it with a bunch of middle aged average at best veterans to finish opening the window that truly has never been open to begin with

Not defending the signing but this is Rick Hahn we're talking about. I don't know how you can decide what the top 3 worst decisions are.  Among my favorites:

Trade Marcus Semien and Chris Bassitt for Jeff Samardzija, Trade anything for James Shields let alone Tatis Jr., draft Nicky Madrigal 1-4, trade anything for Craig Kimbrel, trade Kimbrel for the smoking ruins of AJ Pollock, giving up anything for Yonder Alonso thereby cutting the payroll of a division rival so they could reacquire Carlos Santana because you were on the Manny Machado friends and family plan, and signing Yasmani Grandal.

Robert got some pitches to hit. This team freaking sucks

Entire organization needs gutted to see any real change. Every single player on the roster can go minus Cease, Robert and Burger, along with the entire coaching staff and front office

Don’t think it matters with this inept offense.  They won’t score more than 1 run tonight.  This game is over.

There isn't one this is the White Sox.

There is still a slight hope with Ohtani at 90 pitches thru six.  He won’t be able to finish pitching the game

Cease has to go, he won’t be around next time this team has a talented roster.
