His hitting coach compared his swing to Paul Konerko...who became his favorite player. Was at the David Freese WS game but mysteriously never became a Cardinals' fan. I agree, for some reason be it injuries or personal issues, he has plain lost it. One thing is that I like to see a little more hustle, I can’t remember much of him this year busting it on infield grounders where he has chance to beat the throw.
