I don't think the problem is the players, personally. I think the problem is a dogshit organization that has no idea how to develop players, help them adjust, prepare for the opponent, or even approach the game, in 2023. They are so far behind the times, it's insane. Truly rotten from the ground up.

Everything sucks with this organization.  We all know the only hope is a new owner.  This owner with his cronies in charge have destroyed the franchise.

It's so sad what has happened to Kopech. He's a shell of the guy that was a top 20 prospect in baseball. 

s%*# happens to pitchers, though. The Sox sure haven't helped him. 

 

Could probably say the same about Crochet too, but he was never a top prospect.
