I think the problem is a dogshit organization that has no idea how to develop players, help them adjust, prepare for the opponent, or even approach the game, in 2023. He's a shell of the guy that was a top 20 prospect in baseball. s%*# happens to pitchers, though. The Sox sure haven't helped him.
