Also, he looks like he has his eye at the plate back because he's actually been taking walks again. Not to say that any of it matters, but I guess a good sign? If you look at the teams that thought they were great this year and aren’t, the common thread is always a lack of contributions from their minor league system. If you look at the top teams, they are consistently getting help from their drafts and signings. You can paper over this somewhat with the right trade or signing, the Yankees kept themselves from being in a hole last year thanks to Judge.
