What's Left For Sox Fans?

As you all feel, today is the nail in the coffin. Getz is promoted. A guy who probably wouldn't register on the top 150 list of potential GMs for any other team. With that stated, what options do Sox fans have? Do we organize rallys outside of MLB offices asking for someone in the league office to look into the hirings of the old boys club over someone that's actually qualified? Do we buy billboards around the cell like Bulls fans did a few years ago with the Bulls?

The only hope I cling to is Jerry is clearing out the old guard and anybody that makes money to avoid any potential albatross on or off field personnel that may hinder a sale of the team in the next 3-5 years.  During that time frame I expect nothing but pain and a redux of the "The Kids Can Play!" era.

Mario Camilletti and Rikuu Nishida

the megatron perfect player would be camilletti's eye, nishida's contact, wolklows power in a single prospect

I hope getz' big ideas is some sort of prospect frankenstein evil laboratory.

I'm done until JR is gone. I'm not alone. An empty stadium is the only thing that is going to even register on their radar. Don't attend games and don't spend a dime on the organization.

Getz being the GM is not going to keep the average fan away.  Most casual fans don't know not care who is in the front office.  Plenty of people will go to games, buy team gear, and in general keep spending money on the team.  A continuously subpar product on the field will have an effect on attendance.  This season has been one of the worst in a long time.  We'll see what happens moving forward.

I don't know what goes on in the kitchen, but if the food at a restaurant is awful, I'm not likely to go back.

Yep.  And the food has been vomit-inducing in 2023.  The head chefs were fired.  A new chef is here.  He needs to fire the cooks, clean up the kitchen, change the menu, start over.
