The problem in professional sports is coaches and managers rarely fire their staff. Rare for a GM to do that either. If an outsider came in that would be the first thing they do. Pedro is here to stay but he needs a different staff. If he were to pluck them from the Royals they'd still suck. As someone on the radio said the Sox need to advertise the best coach needed.
