Before every news conference, the subject is leaked by the front office to select media (or sometimes all of them). New conferences are basicallya chance to introduce the new manager, give him his moment in the sun and provide interview time with the media. I mean, could the sources have been THAT wrong to have you state with steadfast certainty that Guillen wouldn't get the job?
