I've never been a fan of diets at all. My mom is on Weight Watchers currently and has lost over 70 lbs since she started over around 7-8 months. Not that I need to diet anyway, but I gotta agree with SuperSteve on this one. Watching what you eat and when you eat it along with working out a lot will do a lot more for you long term than a quick fix like the Atkins Diet. It's a quick fix and like anything else that's a quick fix, it's not a long term solution. Eventually you will gain the weight back and all of the agony you put yourself through will be all for nothing. A consistent diet of healthy food and working out is behavior that you can train as a part of your everyday life. If you did the Atkins Diet forever, you'd die. :o That's just my 2 cents, take it for what it's worth and do as you please.
