Timmy U
Early start for ACL. Wolkow double, Adrian Gil drives him in. Gil was arguably their bast hitter in the DSL last year and has been arguably their best hitter in the ACL so far. He plays some third, some first. I'd feel better about calling him a prospect if he could stick at third. 1-0 ACL Sox.
Timmy U
Mogollon with a double then pinch run for. I imagine he is probably hurt. Too bad. He was starting to hit. 3-0 ACL Sox.
Timmy U
5-0 now. Abraham Nunez Jr. 2-2. HR by one of Sox inexhaustible supply of Hernandezes, in this case Angelo, a catcher.

Timmy U
Old friend Luis Mieses is 2-2 with 2 walks for the ACL Rangers. One imagines this is a tune up and they are going to send him to AA.

Timmy U
Wolkow’s HR the game winner in top of the 7th. ACL Sox win 6-5.
Autumn Dreamin
0 ERA, 0.69 WHIP, 10 K for Stivors in 4 rehab appearances. He should be headed back to Bham soon.
Timmy U
Thorpe struggled in the opening inning again. He threw 30 pitches a single and two walks. K's 2. 0-0. Schultz hasn't had his best stuff tonight. A couple of balls hit pretty hard. It's 2-2.

Timmy U
Schultz is done 4IP 3H 2R 2ER 1bb 4K.
Autumn Dreamin
Thorpe settled in now, 10 straight retired. Baldwin just gave him a lead with a solo shot. Schultz sticks to his 4 IP routine. 3H, 2ER, 4K 1BB on 40/58. Knights won behind an 8th inning go ahead HR from Colas. Worked a full count, then hit one 107mph 420 ft. 1
baseball_gal_aly
So are they going to let Schultz pitch like a normal minor league starter in 2025 or are they going to continue to watch his innings?

Timmy U
Thorpe is done. 5.2 1H 0R 0ER 2bb 7K. After a rough 1st inning, there was only one other base runner: an error by Baldwin.

bmags
Wolkow has found his power and hits but his k rate has gotten worse so far. Hope he can cut into below 30 % on the next 45 or so PAs
