KipWellsFan
Quote The White Sox will install Nick Nastrini back into their rotation, reports Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times (X link). Manager Pedro Grifol confirmed after tonight’s win over the Blue Jays that the rookie right-hander will take the ball tomorrow in Toronto, pushing Mike Clevinger back to Thursday’s series opener against the Orioles. Jerry McNertney
Why not? Nastrini has a very respectable ERA of 5.83 for Charlotte in six starts. 4
nrockway
keep pushing Clev back, he'll fall backwards of a cliff eventually.

WestEddy
If these are the 9 they're playing, why not put Pham in LF, and DH Benintendi? Edited June 20 by WestEddy

Bob Sacamano
Wouldn't be upset if they sent Vaughn down, played Sheets at 1B and then played Pham, Fletcher, DeLoach, Benintendi ? in the 3 OF spots and DH. Get Julks in against lefties since he is here. I guess when Robert comes back, you'd have to send down DeLoach or Fletch.
Texsox
Looking at this lineup I realize I don't need a second MLB team to cheer. I'm going all in on the San Antonio Missions. Their AA lineup can't be much worse.

caulfield12
13.03 ERA If the goal is to totally destroy his confidence...well, just keep running him out there until his ERA reaches 20.

Nastrini was already getting torched in the minors. He had a near 6 ERA in AAA and our great GM Chris Nepotism Getz thought he was ready for the bigs.

Lip Man 1
1 hour ago, greg775 said: Could u folks tell me what was the problem tonight with Pastrami, I mean Nastrani? Why did he get absolutely torched? He was missing in the upper half of the strike zone and had to resort to throwing things down in it. The Jays were sitting on them because he wasn't able to spot his pitches and was basically throwing to half a strike zone.

Like I said earlier in the week, they are already 1-5 in this stretch...they may win another game or two in the next 10 days...maybe.
