Autumn Dreamin Posted May 25, 2024 Share Posted May 25, 2024 Despite not making the most of their chances, Barons chased Misiorowski (Brewers #1/MLB #23) early after 4.1IP, 2ER, 8H, 3BB, 3K. It's the most hits he's allowed this season. Thorpe went 6IP, 1ER, 3H, 1BB, 4K. The run was a solo shot. His ERA stays at 1.50, his record improves to 7-1. Gonzo goes 2-5 with a double and 2 RBI. Baldwin 2-4 with a BB. Quero 0-3 but 2 BB including one with the bases loaded to force in a run. Turner has been off to a slow start, but he was 3-5 with a 2B today. This was Gonzo's first professional start at 2B. He looked comfortable, made all the routine plays and started off a pair of 4-6-3's. Induced a double play on a very hard hit ball to Gonzalez which Baldwin turned very well. Then a single and a groundout to Elko. Nothing impressive, but not horrible.
