We haven't had a guy with his fastball command and stuff since Sale. Carlos had it sometimes but his slider was so filthy it didn't matter too often. Garrett has his good command almost every start. Come on Garrett keep it going!

If you had the over on Crochet K's you win !

5 innings, 9 strikeouts. He’s approaching 100 innings on the season and I was assured his arm would fall off by then if they didn’t shut him down. Appears arm is still intact.

sure but to actually hear it  confirmed from the horse's mouth is something a bit more angering.

The story has always been the Sox didn't want to pay him again, and the Marlins screwed him by sending him to Toronto

Yea now that you remind it was fairly common knowledge. Glad to see the new generation learning it tho all the pressure on JR matters. Probably won't mean s%*#, but f*** it, cathartic if nothing else.

It's insane how in a small park like G-Rate what having fast, instinctual OF can do taking away ducksnorts and other bullshit. When fly balls go out in today's game, they usually go. It's important to prevent guys from getting on otherwise on crap that should be caught 50% of the time but never is.

It's fucking amazing we haven't realized it yet.  or not I guess.

He wanted to stay in Miami the whole time, and they supposedly told him they wouldn't trade him, so he didn't need a NTC, and then traded him anyway after their selloff.
