NWsideSoxfan
Why not? He threw Leasure right in the fire.
WestEddy
Last 3rd bullpen could look like Foster, Cousin, Wilson, Leasure, Barlow, Knebel, Shuster*, Peralta*. Sammy Peralta hasn't allowed a hit in his last 8 AAA appearances. Walks are another story.

He threw a nice clean inning. Edited July 10 by WestEddy

Might get to see some new guys from trades like the kid they got for Grossman or some other AA & AAA arms like Toussaint , Ky Bush, Mason Adams may get a start or 2 or put in the pen. Probably even guys like Davis Martin and Sean Burke doing tandem outings.

wegner
I honestly didn't even realize Matt Foster was still in baseball, let alone a pitching option for our Sox.

Lip Man 1
The way they pitched in 2020 I thought Foster and Heuer were really going to be something, maybe the next tandem like the Sox had in the early 70's with Forster and Gossage.
