WestEddy
James Fegan's interview with Bannister which probably overlaps and covers some other areas. https://soxmachine.com/2024/07/brian-bannister-white-sox-draft/ 2
CaliSoxFanViaSWside
If you ever want to educate yourself on pitcher development and how the Sox are handling Crochet, Cannon, Schultz,Kopech and other pitchers , this is a great listen. Crochet made some crucial changes this year working with Katz and Bannister. This was posted earlier as part of a larger video. This it the exact interview from beginning to end without having to find it in the longer video. A lot of it is a repeat from the video but what it has that the video doesnt is Bannister's insight on 3rd round pick Blake Larson, 11th round pick Blake Shepardson and 17th round pick and 2 way player Lyle Miller-Green.

Not sure if this is a serious suggestion or sarcasm, but from all accounts it sounds like elite HOF hitters make poor hitting coaches. Guys like McGwire and Bonds have tried their hands at coaching and largely failed because they didn't have the same struggles as a hitter and can't adjust. Those elite guys have incredible skills and they know what works for THEM to be great. That's difficult to translate to a guy with a fraction of the skill and a totally different hitting approach. What worked for Frank Thomas won't work for everyone.
46DidIt
Not sure how McGwire was a failure as a hitting coach
