They realize firing him because they are losing with the worst collection of players in modern baseball history would be a slap in the face to the fans that know the talent is lacking? Frank Thomas was one the postgame show a few nights ago and he was royally pissed off, you could see it in his face and the tone of his voice. He was embarrassed.
