7/26 Sox vs. Seamen 7:10PM

Recommended Posts

This guy for the Mariners hits corners all night and throws a 95 mph heater.  He'll make mincemeat of the Sox hitters, unless he gets bored.

When Thorpe is on, he hits corners and is tough to hit.  But hen the heater is 91mph, there's no room for error as said above.

Crochet Fedde to name two.  Cannon as well.

Who is dramatically underperforming expectations?  Nastrini?  Leasure?  Kopech has been this same inconsistent wasted potential his entire career.

What bullpen pitcher is extremely talented?   Lots of garbage down there.

That's why him being hyped as the one untradeable player was a ridiculous premise.

There has to be a statement from the Sox saying something along the lines of "this year has been absolutely unacceptable and a complete embarrassment to our team, our fans, our city, and to major league baseball." Like, how long can this go on without someone in leadership acknowledging how much of a failure this has been? Without trying to defend themselves? Have they even publically acknowledged this as being a rebuild? How dense can an organization be?

It’s what I keep saying..Major league baseball teams aren’t supposed to be this bad.  Being the worst team in modern history is something that should see everyone in the organization get fired.

As dense as you cannot imagine because Jerry runs the organization

Lee quickly headed to a sub .200 average.

The trade deadline deals, outside the Angels one, haven’t aged well as the season has gone on. Eder really struggled again tonight.

A ball hit between a guys legs and they call it a god damn hit. They're turning the game into a fucking joke.

Pham trade value up.

Or referring to the Garver hit?  Following online and not that closely at that.

Eder had been stalling with the Marlins when the Sox acquired him.
You really have to be careful with the prospects:  when they start heading south it's often a hard irredeemable drop.

I'm hoping the Montgomery situation really is lingering back issues, and not just has talent hitting a wall.
