Well, the biggest thing to be exacted about is that Fletcher might be a 4th outfielder if he can hit at 675-700ish pace. Quero and Montgomery are injured or non-performing or some combination of both. Wolkow is arguably your 3rd best hitting prospect and still 2 1/2 to 3 years away on what would be considered a "fast/er" pace for a high schooler. I didn’t get that impression so much, but I agree that people understate how big of an impact a coach can have on younger players’ psyches. I still assert that Ricky was let go too early.
