Note: Every single hitter in NY Mets' line-up at 683 OPS or over.

Sox are almost the opposite.  Senzel (no reason why) and Julks getting some PT, mental health day for Vargas.  Lee at clean-up is a LOOK, of some kind.

These guys are getting blown away by that fastball. I still think Vargas should be sent down and let him work on some things.

The Sox have had tremendous success with sending hitters down to the minor leagues to have them work on things and then have them succeed in the majors.

I don't understand the point of Nick Senzel if he's only going to play once every two weeks.  Danny Mendick can do that.

I don't understand the point of Nick Senzel, so I am with you that far.

Very strange acquisition.  Getz passed on acquiring younger and better players in Bart and Robles but signs Senzel?  Why?

That won't help him.  He has to face big league pitching and make the adjustments during the off season.

Like, he was bad with the Dodgers….but not this bad.  He looks like he’s going to be out of baseball in a few years if he can’t hit fastballs.

He has a good idea of the strike zone but he has to get quicker to the baseball.  He has work to do this off season.
