They absolutely need to fire Waldron and/or Eberflus after this. His relationahip with Harbaugh from BIG days kept him from hiring him as head coach. The Bears are no more a professioanly run organization than the Bulls or White Sox. Flus hired Getsy and Waldron. This is what a team quitting on a coach looks like. They are not winning anothergame and Flus winning percentage could end up lower then Grifol's.
